This session is ideal for anyone seeking tranquillity, emotional clarity, or a stronger connection to themselves. It serves as a sanctuary for renewal and transformation.

All you need is comfy clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, and a pillow for extra comfort. We have spare yoga mats if you don’t have one.
